using both manual and automated part transfer methods and
rotary molding.
Manufacturing flexibility allows for economical prototypes
and short run capability as well as high volume manufacturing
utilizing
multi-axis robotic part handling.
Two-shot injection molding hard polymers with soft materials
provides solutions that are both functionally effective and
cost efficient. Typical applications include gaskets, flexible hinges, molded-in
seals, and shock-absorbing or soft grip features.
